The Lake City ATB415II alto trombone is the latest generation of an ongoing designing project by the Schmitt Music Trombone Shop. Inspired by classic German altos, the Lake City alto trombone features a 7" one-piece medium-gauge yellow brass bell, a .495" handslide with nickel silver outer tubes and yellow brass crook, and a curved handslide brace. The Generation II model features a number of small design changes, including a heavier weight bell and gold brass tuning slide that help provide a fuller, more complex sound and improved slotting and response while maintaining a true alto character.
Designed to provide a true alto sound and response at an excellent price, the Lake City 415 is a great fit for the student looking to begin studying alto trombone, the enthusiast wanting to add alto trombone to their repertoire and the pro wanting a solid double or backup alto. Comes with contoured hard shell case.

- Bore: .495"
