Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items over $8,500 or items marked as special order are not returnable because they are highly customized to the player's specifications. Your instrument purchase may be covered by the warranty offered from the manufacture; this warranty is specific to the product and maker of your instrument. If you have an issue with an item which is not eligible for a return we will work on your behalf with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When you get an instrument from us you can be confident it will arrive in perfect playing condition. We offer professional adjustments on all orders.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.

Accessory and printed music orders ship next day. Instrument orders undergo inspection and adjustments prior to being shipped; because of this instrument orders will ship within two business days.

We require you to sign for all shipments that include instruments or mouthpieces.

In the event an item you order is back-ordered you will be contacted within 1 business day with a time frame for your order. You will be given the option to cancel your order if the time frame is unacceptable.
